• Properties of 10 Essential oils
• How to use Carrier oils
• Techniques for blending oils
• Making 6 special blends
• Contraindications for popular oils
• How to integrate these essential oils into your daily living
• Health & Safety – when to use essential oils and how to use them safely
• Which oils are best for various health conditions?

NOTE: Persons with allergies to essential oils SHOULD NOT attend this workshop
