This 2-day Introduction to Reflexology training course is comprehensive and practical. You will look at the basic theory behind Reflexology and how each of the body’s organs and glands is “linked” to corresponding areas to the feet and hands. You will be shown how to apply standard Reflexology techniques to specific areas of the feet to alleviate common ailments such as back pain, sinus issues, stress, headaches, improve digestion and much more.

This course is ideal for those who would like to be able to use Reflexology on their friends and families and is of particular interest to those considering a career in the Holistic / Complementary / Alternative Therapy / Massage sector. An ideal taster course prior to starting our Diploma Level 3 Reflexology.

NOTE: This course does not permit you to refer to yourself as a Reflexologist. It is an Introductory course and not certified.

The course will consist of theory and is very hands-on in order to learn the Reflexology techniques.

Open to all regardless of gender – age 18+. Suitable for beginners.

All persons attending this workshop must have short nails and no nail polish – otherwise you will be excluded from the practical.
